How Can severe Dizziness Along With Ear Pain Be Treated?

I have had extreme dizziness for the past two and a half weeks. I have completed a clarithromycin course. The pain in my ear has gone but the dizziness is still there. I have tried beta histine and prochlorperazine for the dizziness but they did not work. I also had antibiotic ear drops. Can you advise what I should do.

Hello,
I just read your query. As the inner ear is responsible for maintaining the balance of body.
* After ear infection dizziness may be present for some days because inflammation may take time to subside. So wait for some time.
* Till then you can adopt these things as preventive measure as lie down while you feel dizziness and lightheadedness then lie down to avoid any injury.
* Start breathing deeply as deep breathing is an easy way to deal with dizziness.
* Keep your self hydrated and drink plenty of liquids as it will also help in dizziness.
* I hope you find my answer helpful
Thank you.
